In August 2018, I drove the California Coast. Alone. A solo road trip. Seeing the Big Sur coast, was something else. It was exactly as I hoped it would be. It turned out I was dang lucky, as Highway 1 had just opened again, after being closed for a long time due to massive mudslides.
I met David and Callie on that very coast, for their anniversary session in Big Sur California. Adventurous, outgoing and with a wicked sense of humor.
Anniversay session in Big Sur California
David and Callie took their Cotopaxi sleeping bags to the windy, rainy beach and snuggled up. ‘This is us’, is what she said. To be able to capture their love while they were on their anniversary trip to this magical bit of California Coast, was super special. I hope this anniversary session in Big Sur California is an inspiration to you. Have your memories captured. Make sure you have that ‘this is us’-documentation of who you are together. We never get today back, but as a photographer I can freeze time – so you get to still keep it 🙂
